Sterling Lamb is a family business founded by the late Clinton Hodges, a third generation rancher from the Hodges Ranch in Sterling County, Texas. Sterling Lamb is currently owned and operated by his grandchildren Kalyn and Kade Hodges.
As a brother and sister duo, we believe in continuing the family standard by raising quality over quantity. Sterling Lamb strives to produce superior genetics with our lambs, guaranteed to take your flock to the next level.

Hair Sheep
After years of ranching wool producing Rambouillet and Delaines, Mr. Hodges saw the future in breeding and raising hair sheep. These sheep are naturally well-adapted to the variable West Texas climate.
In addition, they offer a succulent meat that is mild in flavor. Pasture raised without any added hormones or antibiotics, these sustainably raised flocks are closely monitored by the family..
