Party Pies

Looking for a party pastry to keep hungry guests at bay? Try our quick and easy Lamb Party Pies. Cheap, easy, and guaranteed to satisfy. Here's what you need, 1 pound of ground lamb 4 rolls of Pillsbury dough sheets (or just use the regular crescent rolls) 1 package of cream cheese 1 carrot 1 cup of spinach 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 cup of green onion 1/2 medium sized onion 1 clove of garlic Next step is simple, put all of your veggies into a food processor to chop into a fine mixture. Then add to your ground lamb and brown in a pan. Be sure to salt and pepper to taste during this step.


Roll out your sheets of dough. My trick to cutting out the circles is to flour the rim of a drinking glass and press it down onto the dough. This way they come out clean and even every time.


Next I set my oven to 350 to preheat. Then I spread a little bit of cream cheese on every other piece of dough and topped it with a spoonful of my meat mixture.

Set the dough piece that you previously skipped on top of the meat mixture. Pinch the dough together to seal.

Put your meat pies into the oven for 15 minutes.
